Use Of Team List

Team List helps teams manage shared prep lists, order lists, recipes, member access, activity history, photos, and backup tools. You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring your team uses the app lawfully and appropriately.

Accounts, Lists, And Roles

You may create an account, create or join a list, and invite members. List creators are responsible for managing roles, member access, backups, and list deletion decisions. Shared list data may remain available to authorized members unless the list is deleted by an eligible creator.

Subscriptions

Team List Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play Billing on Android. Prices, billing periods, and any eligible offers are shown by the applicable store before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where they were purchased. Billing, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to that store's policies.

Pro access belongs to the selected shared list and is determined by verified store purchases and trusted server records. An active shared-list plan may be used by authorized members on supported platforms; billing remains with the original store. Existing list data is preserved when subscription access changes, but real-list features may be unavailable without an active plan or valid included-access preview.

Creating a Team List account does not start a paid subscription. Any included-access preview for a new list is separate from a store subscription trial. Deleting an account or list, or uninstalling the app, does not cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it through the original Apple Account or Google Account.

User Content

You remain responsible for list data, recipes, photos, notes, order items, backup files, and other content added to Team List. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential material unless you have the right to share it with the list members who can access it.

Apple Standard EULA

For Team List downloaded from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate written agreement is provided. It does not apply to the Android app distributed through Google Play.
