Email us and include your account email, list name, device model, and a short description of the issue.
Subscriptions
Team List Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple.
- Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen.
- Use Manage Subscription in the Account screen.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple.
Account And Data
For account deletion or data requests, contact support from the email address used with Team List.
- Shared list data may require creator permission.
- Existing list data is preserved when subscription access changes.
