Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Team List, we may collect:

• Account information, including email address, authentication provider identifiers, and Firebase user ID.
• List membership and role information, including list name, invite status, creator/member role, and member records.
• User content added to the app, including team list items, order list items, sections, recipes, recipe checks, recipe photos, quantities, backup data, and activity history.
• Subscription entitlement information from Apple, including product identifier, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and renewal or expiry dates needed to verify Team List Pro access.
• Technical information required to operate, secure, and support the service.

How We Use Information

• To provide sign-in, list membership, shared list syncing, recipes, photos, activity history, and backup tools.
• To apply list roles, permissions, and subscription access.
• To restore purchases and verify active subscriptions through Apple and StoreKit.
• To respond to support, account deletion, and data requests.
• To protect the app from misuse and keep the service reliable.

Third-Party Services

Team List uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions. Sign-in may use Apple, Google, or email authentication. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and App Store services.

Sharing, Tracking, And Retention

We do not sell personal information and we do not use Team List data for third-party advertising tracking. Shared list content is visible to members of the same list according to their role. We retain account and list data while needed to provide the service, unless deletion is requested or legally required.

Your Choices

You can sign out, manage Apple subscriptions, restore purchases, leave a list when permitted, delete your account when eligible, or contact support for help with privacy and data requests.
