These Terms of Use govern your use of Super List. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of Super List

Super List is designed for teams that manage shared real-time checklists, recipes, announcements, photos, backups, and store operations. You are responsible for the information you add and for ensuring your team uses the app lawfully and appropriately.

Accounts and Stores

You may create an account, create or join a store, and invite other users. Store owners are responsible for managing roles, permissions, subscriptions, backups, and store deletion decisions. Shared store data may remain available to other authorized store members unless the store is deleted by an owner.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription availability, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple according to your Apple account settings and App Store policies. App access and limits are based on verified subscription entitlement and server-side plan rules.

Trials and Plan Limits

Where available, a store may receive a free trial. Plan limits may restrict members, managers, pages, sections, items, photos, backups, restore, and announcements. If a subscription ends or a store exceeds a plan limit, existing data is preserved where possible, but some actions may be blocked until the store is brought within limits or upgraded.

User Content

You retain responsibility for content added to Super List, including list data, recipes, photos, announcements, and backups. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential material unless you have the right to share it with the store members who can access it.

Availability

We aim to keep Super List reliable, but the app may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, network issues, third-party service outages, or other causes outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of Super List after updates means you accept the revised terms.
