Super List helps teams manage shared real-time checklists, recipes, announcements, photos, backups, and store subscriptions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Super List, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your email address, sign-in provider identifiers, and Firebase user ID.
- Store membership information, such as store name, role, invite status, and team membership.
- User content you add to the app, including pages, sections, list items, quantities, recipes, announcements, photos, backups, and activity history.
- Subscription and entitlement information from Apple, such as product identifier, subscription status, renewal or expiry status, and transaction identifiers needed to verify access.
- Technical information needed to operate the app, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide account sign-in and authentication.
- Sync shared store checklist data in real time.
- Apply store roles, permissions, and plan limits.
- Store and display photos, recipes, announcements, activity logs, and backups.
- Verify subscriptions and restore purchases through Apple.
- Improve reliability, security, and support.
Third-Party Services
Super List uses Firebase services for authentication, database, storage, and cloud functions. The app may also use Apple, Google, and Facebook sign-in services when you choose those login methods. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and App Store server services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Store content is shared only with members of the store according to their assigned role. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the app, or to operate the service through our service providers.
Data Retention
We keep account and store data while your account or store is active, unless deletion is requested or required. Store owners are responsible for shared store data. Deleting an account or store may be subject to ownership, subscription, and safety checks to prevent accidental loss of shared data.
Your Choices
You can sign out, manage subscriptions through Apple, leave a store when permitted, delete your account when eligible, or contact support for help with privacy requests.
Children
Super List is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
